Step with your punches , especially straight ones and use the waist to get the hips into your punches . If you don't use your hips it just becomes arm punches. Punch through not at . Loosen your arms and keep the fist tight When a punch lands snap it back as fast as it hits the target .

How to go from TLAC1 to TLAC2 i mean whats in beatwen if i train without a fight in the end? should I rest a week? and what if i finish TLAC1 with a fight but next fight is in 4 months? what to do with them 6weeks in betwen ?

Elite boxers dont train with full range of motion, the goal is not to reach failure during a fight, instead these boxers do push up in the applicable range of motion. This is not to say full range of motion is bad, simply that you can also train by focusing on the range of motion most applicable to your sport.

It iş science. I’ve been a medical professional for a while now. And it’s scientific for kinetic chain reaction. I’ve done it myself too and some other athletes even outside of boxing. It’s pretty helpful
@@lorenzoramos5 doctors don't understand exercise or sport. Skills are specific, they don't transfer, if you get good at throwing medicine balls it does not transfer to throwing stronger punches. But show me your evidence.
@@wilarz89dude it does why not show me ur evidence to ur statement 😂😂 please I really wanna understand why u believe ur right bud cuz it’s more likely ur not as a boxer myself it definitely helps the only way it doesn’t is if u don’t do boxing and don’t train anything related to what ur doing in the gym but even if u do not train, it gives a good foundation hence u will still be stronger at rotating transferring energy more. But throwing stronger punches has almost barely nothing to do with what they are doing, it will only help getting a stronger punch just a lil but not noticeable,but this is teaching the body to rotate efficiently and still be able to rotate all ur energy with ur punch.

@@wilarz89 justtt give me research I don’t care who says this and all sports bulshido cuz it’s not true everything in this video and all his videos are completely good and true for athleticism of course he isn’t training for a stronger punch he’s training for athleticism and making it closely specific to his sport if someone wants to train and condition his body for athleticism abilities wouldn’t he at least try to make it as close to his sport as possible.

Recovery must outpace your strain most definitely. Keep up the good info. Also better to have a warm shower before sleep than a cold one so the body cools down when you're about to sleep the body needs to cool down by roughly 1 or 2 degrees for quality sleep and conversely warms up by 1 or 2 degrees to wake up
For contrast therapy if you don’t have access to a sauna could you use a hot shower instead?

Excellent content. I’m a PT and have used variations of all of these on myself as well as clients. It translates to sports such as sprinting as well cycling and swimming. A strong core is the corner stone to all strength gains. Remember to keep up with mobility, and joint conditioning. 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾
